Welcome to Sam Making Sense!

Sam Making Sense is an anthropology blog that examines an unprecedented time in history when over 100 million refugees globally have been forced from their homes due to military conflict, persecution, and general violence. I contemplate the moral and ethical responsibilities of society to improve the lives of the displaced. Please reach out to me to share your thoughts on the global refugee crisis.
